Return and replacement policy The return and replacement process is very easy through us because we work with all means to ensure the comfort of all users and provide them with an excellent experience. And the customer has the right to request the replacement and return of products or goods purchased from the store in some cases such as: 1- If you received an incorrect product or a product that does not match the description mentioned in our store. 2- If you received a damaged product. 4- If you find a defect in the quality of the purchased product. 5- If the products or goods do not comply with Saudi standards specifications. 6- In case you do not need the purchased product and a return of the item or purchased product is made within 24 hours from the time of purchase. 7- Cosmetics and care products must be packaged in their original condition and a return request must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase. 8- The cost of return and replacement is charged to the customer. 9- Products that are opened or tried are strictly not allowed to be replaced or returned. 10- Products are strictly not allowed to be replaced or returned during sales and discount periods.
